Processing Time

We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.


  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Preorder or restock items may take 7–10 business days to ship. If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.


Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.




We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, UNTAMED is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, we’re happy to help however we can.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. UNTAMED is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
